Game drives, walking safaris, evening drives and village visits are all there for the asking. Africa’s generous wildlife is quite in line with the Linkwasha Camp’s philosophy which does not hold back, either on its hospitality or on the number of things it allows a wildlife lover to experience.
In this enormously productive south-eastern corner of Hwange National Park, situated on the doorstep of the famed Ngamo Plains, there are safaris on a yearround basis. The fresh, open and airy design of Linkwasha Camp is complemented by an eclectic mix of contemporary interiors with the original spirit and essence of the safari. Eight en-suite luxury tents and one family tent look out over the surrounding plain, while the main area with multi-level decks, a pool area and a winter lounge complete with library gazes over an abundant waterhole. A sprawling 1.4 million hectares of land is devoted to game drives, making the Park the largest game reserve in Zimbabwe with varied habitats and vegetation types making the experience exciting and novel, with always something new to be seen.
