Conrad Hotels & Resorts which has already earned a pride of place amongst a new generation of smart luxury travellers now tempts with an “intuitive connect”. Through the Conrad Concierge mobile app, it puts all hotel services and amenities at the guest’s fingertips.
Announcing the launch of Stay Inspired, a global, brand-wide initiative that marks a cultural shift in hospitality, Conrad hotels overhauls the way the brand trains its team members as storytellers of their destinations. Offering guests who seek out inspired experiences, the brand has a more customised and curated collection of 1, 3 and 5 hour experiences that are made available through the Conrad Concierge mobile app and StayInspired.com. Each of these recommendations reflects an inspired view into the destination covering food, shopping, art and design, culture, family and adventure.
Using StayInspired.com, travellers can now save and share their Conrad 1/3/5 itineraries, access custom content in the form of photos, videos, and maps, or book a room and an experience through the hotel’s concierge. On property, concierges are equipped with tablet devices to guide guests through the itineraries.
The mind behind the initiative is Nilou Motamed, Director of Inspiration. According to him, “Guests want to use their free time while travelling to discover something new. They want to find those hidden gems that are off the beaten path and do not always figure in guidebooks. Conrad 1/3/5 curates content and experiences to make guests have a better stay experience.”
