Wellness is a healthy state of wellbeing free from disease. As long as your body is free from sickness and ailments, it is considered well and healthy. However, for many holistic practitioners, the term ‘wellness’ has a much more profound meaning. These practitioners believe that besides physical health, the health of the mind is important too.
