Welcome to the world of Serpentiform, a kingdom where the mysterious becomes the norm, and emeralds, sapphires and diamonds rule––unveiled last Wednesday night at Singapore’s ArtScience Museum.

In the ultimate mix of glamour and extravagance, celebrities Zoe Tay and Alicia Vikander took centre stage along with Bulgari CEO Jean-Christophe Babin at the ribbon-cutting ceremony honouring the exquisite new installation on display until October 15.

The precious art of transformation

Serpentiform celebrates the artistry of Bulgari and explores the rich history of the reptile with legendary focus from rebirth to death, immortality to deceit, and passion to prophecy.

Earth’s most precious treasures illuminate and enhance the dualities of nature and beauty in evocative, and at times surprising ways. The museum’s lotus-flower structure welcomes the Serpentiform into her garden, providing a stunning backdrop to the creations displayed in the bold installation.

500 video displays map the journey while floating serpent creations slither across walls accompanying visitors into a wonderland where they will discover a plethora of artistic jewels including vintage dresses, design objects and the contemporary art of Joan Miró, Marc Chagall, Alexander Calder, Keith Haring, Niki de Saint Phalle, Joana Vasconcelos, Heri Dono, Motohiko Odani, Wu Jian’an as well as world renown photographers like Robert Mapplethorpe and Helmut Newton.

The exhibition will officially open to the public from August 19 to run until October 15 at Singapore’s ArtScience Museum.  www.serpentiform.bulgari.com [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_masonry_media_grid style=”lazy” items_per_page=”5″ gap=”0″ item=”masonryMedia_SolidBlurOut” initial_loading_animation=”fadeIn” grid_id=”vc_gid:1514025599494-14b31d5c-64b7-0″ include=”12273,12281,12280,12279,12278,12277,12276,12275,12274″]
