The luxury hotel’s Tapas Molecular Bar will offer a unique culinary experience created by Chef Kento Ushikubo. Featuring an artistic interpretation of the cherry blossom ‘sakura’ season, this special menu includes dishes such as a Sakura Donut made with caviar and herbs and a Sakura Blizzard dessert.
Apart from the Sakura inspired cuisine menu, guests can also indulge in a 90-minute relaxing body massage treatment that includes signature essential oils with a blend of mandarin, yuzu, hinoki and lavender alongside a sakura charcoal diffuser in the spa suite. Guests can then take in the private surroundings of the Spa Lounge as they enjoy Sakura-infused green tea and ice cream.
