Who loves sushi? To all our sushi lovers out there (and we know there’s quite the handful) Jumeirah Carlton Tower adds a surprising Sushi Box, providing a unique, interactive experience for all meetings and events guests.

Meeting delegates and evening attendees bring the hotel’s new interactive live food station to life by pressing a doorbell on the outside of the beautifully decorated box. A small window will open, surprising the guest with a tray of delicious sushi served by an elegantly gloved hand.

The Sushi Box forms part of the hotel’s collection of live canapé stations which are available for meetings and events. Reflecting the innovative hospitality for which Jumeirah Carlton Tower is renowned, further interactive options include freshly carved mini beef wellingtons and Loch Fyne oysters served with a shot of fiery Bloody Mary.
