Located at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain in Colorado’s Vail Valley, Beaver Creek Lodge, despite its name, is anything but an ordinary mountain lodge. This sprawling, 72-one-bedroom-suite property is known for its contemporary take on a traditional mountain resort. You will occasionally find antlers mounted on the wall, but Beaver Creek Lodge ultimately creates luxury at its finest. The alluring lobby immerses the senses with deep fiery hues, a crackling fireplace, plush comfort, and the scent of handcrafted wood furnishings. 
Every room is furnished with a gas fireplace, a leather sofa and chair, and a kitchenette. The animal-print pillow-topped bed, faux-fur throw, and massive leather headboard in the bedroom are almost too perfect to mess up, which adds to the fun of trying. The bedroom door closes for privacy and the living area is equipped with a pull-out sleeper sofa so a family of four can fit comfortably. 
The hotel’s restaurant, Rocks Modern Grill, provides a rich ambiance with dim lighting and luxe décor. Casual American cuisine is offered in an informal setting with breathtaking views of Beaver Creek and the towering mountain above. 
But the convenience doesn’t end there. The lodge also offers a heated indoor/outdoor pool and a hot tub, a large gym, and an 18-hole miniature golf course. The hotel is connected to the slopes via escalator. Within only a few minutes, you’ll be at the Centennial Lift and ready to access the powdered Rockies above. With a premier in-house ski and snowboard rental facility, skiers are able to get fitted, rent at discounted rates, store and drop off equipment for cleaning, and store personal items in one of the ski lockers. 
The vibrant village surrounding the lodge features a world-class section of shops, galleries and restaurants, entertainment and nightlife, an ice skating rink, Spa Struck and Allegria Spa, hiking, prestigious golf courses, and a tennis club.
