Pullman goes digital for today’s tech savvy travellers

Pullman has reinvented its digital strategy through its new smart phone and tablet friendly Internet site and mobile app. To reach the needs of the new tech savvy lifestyle of today’s cosmopolitan generation and to bridge in with the extreme mobile connectivity, Pullman established its place in the digital world in late 2013.

The brand revealed its new internet site name as in October 2013, which is mobile user friendly and hassle-free dedicated screens for booking hotels and resorts directly.

The website has been facilitated with six languages for international users. The results were not long in coming: in January 2014, all other things being equal, recorded a 28% rise in room-night volume.

On 6 January 2014 the brand launched its new app, which is available free in 15 languages for iPhone and Android. The website is not only equipped with location tracking system but also interactive maps for the users, showing them how to get there and find out about each hotel’s points of interest with, as for the site, texts and visuals in line with the brand’s new iconographic and editorial focus.
