Marriott has just released its latest membership programme, condensing its previous loyalty programmes and uniting them with one common name and currency. Introduced on February 18, 2019, the Marriott Bonvoy will encompass the brand’s massive portfolio of properties in over 130 countries around the world.
The new membership programmes offer a slew of exclusive perks and bonuses: behind-the-scenes access at Coachella, VIP suite tickets to FC. Bayern Munich matches, prime seats at star-studded concerts in the Madison Square Gardens… the list goes on. You can take a look at the full list of Marriott Bonvoy Moments on their site here.

Sports fans will also be glad to know that Bonvoy will also offer VIP access to The Hong Kong Sevens, the premier tournament in the World Rugby Sevens Series.
Additionally, over 2,800 restaurants and bars across Asia will offer Marriott Bonvoy members exclusive dining privileges all-year-round.Members with children can get free ice-cream for their tots whenever they stay in a Marriott property – a bonus that your kids will be looking forward to.
Bonvoy replaces Marriott’s existing loyalty programmes that include Marriott Rewards, The Ritz-Carlton Rewards, and Starwood Preferred Guest.
With a streamlined membership platform, Marriott Bonvoy vastly simplifies its travel programme, making it that much easier to keep track of your points – and redeem them for things that were once flights of fancy. ◼
