The historic Tower of London just became more interesting, as it received a new neighbor, the citizenM hotel. Even though the brand already has eight other hotels across the globe, including New York, London Bankside, Paris, Glasgow and other big cities, the citizenM Tower of London is now the flagship representative of the brand.

Known for their hospitality and for delivering a unique experience to their guests, the brand has found a successful formula to mix streamlined technology with contemporary design, and the citizenM Tower of London continues that tradition. The new flagship hotel comes with a few new twists that will probably indulge the taste of savvy business travellers. For instance, guest have a chance to experience a brand new retail concept. In the coffee area, you can taste freshly made pastries and brewed coffee, while in collectionM, guests are able to buy an exclusive collection of books, art, and accessories from over 20 highly creative brands. However, the best is saved for the top, where guests have a chance to soak in the beautiful panoramic view of the Gherkin and The Shard, legendary skyscrapers, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London itself, in the CloudM area, while relaxing with a cup of hot tea in their hands. For those who are all about business, the hotel offers an effective meeting-room area, known as SocietyM.

Other CitizenM projects that are scheduled for launch in 2017 include the Hongqiao MixC development in Shanghai and a property in Taipei near Ximending Shopping district. Both locations are in their final stages and will unveil the brand’s unique design concept to Asian travellers.
