Anne-Sophie Pic—one of the world’s best female chefs with three Michelin stars—will open her first restaurant La Dame de Pic in Asia, a reflection of her culinary identity.

Afternoon Tea and Delectable Steaks
The classic Raffles Afternoon Tea will be served at the Grand Lobby, complemented by a curated collection of teas and champagnes. A new steakhouse, Butcher’s Block at the Raffles Arcade will prepare and cook the world’s best cuts of single-sourced meats to perfection, and guests can seek tailored recommendations from the resident meat specialists.

A new takeaway café, Ah Teng’s Café, named after a famous local baker who had a shop in the vicinity in the 1900s will serve up premium coffee and tea, as well as homemade pastries and artisanal ice-creams.
