Serving happiness, one milkshake at a time
Finally, no need to travel to New York to get your burger and CrazyShake fix, as Burger Tap opens in Singapore
Black Tap, the burger joint that first started in New York’s SoHo neighbourhood, has expanded into an enterprise of 11 restaurants across the globe, including one at Marina Bay Sands Singapore. This marks Black Tap’s first foray in Asia as well as extending the brand’s partnership with Las Vegas Sands Corporation.
Black Tap Singapore, designed by Rockwell Group, will be similar to a classic American luncheonette with a sophisticated New York feel, set against 80s and 90s hip-hop music and colourful walls provided by Singaporean graffiti artist Has. J.
The 133-seater restaurant offers signature menu items like the All-American Burger, the award-winning Greg Norman Burger—with wagyu beef, house buttermilk-dill sauce, blue cheese and arugula—the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Spicy Korean BBQ wings, best washed down with one of the 15 milkshakes from the CrazyShakeTM bar. Flavours include the original Cotton Candy shake, which is a strawberry shake with a pink lollipop, rock candy, blue and pink pearl chocolate rim, whipped cream and cotton candy.
Otherwise, choose from its diverse beverage selections, be it its signature cocktails like the Black Tap Mule and Mint Green Tea, mocktails, craft beers like the Brooklyn Lager and for local flavour, the Singapore Blonde Ale. www.blacktapsg.com◼
