It already claims to have the tallest building and the biggest fish tank in the entire world. Now the city has uncovered plans to build the largest mall and biggest indoor theme park in what will be the first temperature-controlled mini-city.

This 8 million square foot shopping hub will include 100 hotels, a medical resort, all the facilities for events and a theater district—these can all be shielded from the elements by a large retractable roof. According to the developer, Dubai Holding project will be built “in phases in alignment with the gradual growth of family tourism in Dubai.”

The project will strictly follow the green and environmentally friendly sustainable guidelines of the Smart Dubai model. It will be built using state-of-the-art technology to reduce energy consumption, ensuring high levels of environmental sustainability and operational efficiency.

We must say, Dubai is an asset to the world!
