Celebrity Holiday Getaways

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]When Hollywood decides to skip winter, the tropical skies shine brighter

There are many ways to enjoy winter, and for many celebrities, the best is to not be in it. After all, why stay covered in heavy coats and winter boots if they can strip down to their bare beauties, keeping the spirit of Hot Girl Summer alive?
Heat and humidity rise as summer gets a much-deserved extension. There’s nothing Instagram can’t reveal, where Hollywood snaps photos of the swankiest seaside holidays, the cause of everyone’s envy where the theatrical view of the golden sunset is viewed on yachts gliding on the glassy waters. And, of course, a glass of cocktail in hand.

Dressed in denim

Fashion muse Bella Hadid had done her duties across winter’s runway, so it’s just right to bolt her doors from the icy blast of the snowy hemisphere to revel in a sun-kissed escape in beautiful St. Barts. Joy shows in her skin, but other than her well-built frame (which she successfully maintains), all eyes go to her dapper denim swimsuit which might just be the next summer’s hottest item.

This must be a movie

The only drama between Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas is their glimmering gaze at the pastel-coloured skies of Bahamas slowly flickering into a sunset. The crystal ocean lapping on the shore seems a bit of a blur, but one can spot a speedboat in the middle of the sea after sending the lovebirds to their winter escape.

Into the safari

Catherine Zeta-Jones, Michael Douglas and their beautiful family give a Season’s Greetings shout-out from Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe with the grand view of the waterfall in the backdrop. How they got there—whether it’s a helicopter ride, a 4×4 drive up the trail, or just plain old hiking a la Tomb Raider—one would never know, but the video shows they’re having fun, and that’s the most important part of it all.

Beach belle

Two words to raise the heat in a room: Sofia Vergara. The Modern Family star shines like the Bahamas sun in her seaside photos with her beloved pooch and beautiful family. If there’s one thing that catches the eye, it’s her lovely dress, with prints like a scarf and flows like silk against her gorgeous, sun-kissed body.

Babe and baby

Eternally young Eva Longoria lounges around the Nobu Los Cabos pool in her apricot swimsuit and wide-brimmed hat, a similarly wise and very tasteful choice. The shade doesn’t just benefit her, but also her angelic baby that sits quietly on her lap.

Chequered chick

Jordan Dunn can do everything, even spice up the already-hot Jamaica with her toned body—and her plaid bikini. Behind her, the palm tree works its way into her pose, looking like leafy, green wings. Two words: tropical angel.
