Overlooking The Palace Esplanade at the One&Only Royal Mirage Dubai is Celebrities, one of the most luxurious fine-dining restaurants in the world. At the helm is Executive Chef Laurent Michel who was instrumental in the redesign and re-launch of Celebrities. Hailing from Paris, Chef Laurent honed his culinary skills and built his reputation at Michelin Star restaurant, Le Taillevent, the Royal Monceau Raffles in Paris, the five star Martinez Hotel in Cannes and later L’Oranger in London.

At Celebrities, Chef Laurent has created a menu inspired by his travels, hand-picking the simplest ingredients to transform into dishes filled with flavour and finesse. He also applies his artistic touch to each plate, ensuring diners are treated to colourful, visually stunning dishes to please the eye while stirring the appetite.

Each dish is a work of art simply waiting to be devoured. To begin their incredible culinary experience, diners can select a delicate chilled carrot and orange soup with cumin, grilled toast with goat cheese or enjoy a savoury home-smoked confit salmon with caviar and pineapple dressing.

For a classic main, relish the rack of lamb with a fresh herb crust and peas à la Française or indulge in a luxuriant langoustine and clam risotto with chives while vegetarians can look forward to specially created dishes like pumpkin ravioli with roasted baby vegetables.

Ending the meal on a sweet note is guaranteed when decadent dessert like roasted figs with port wine, almond biscuit and vanilla ice cream or a tropical coconut soufflé, pineapple and fresh mint sorbet are available to tantalise a diner’s taste buds.

Underscoring the impeccable cuisine is Celebrities’ stylish dining rooms with its high ceilings, sparkling crystal chandeliers and elegant furnishings with black and gold accents, creating an ambience of opulence, warmth and distinct charm. The exclusive Private Dining Room featurs an outdoor area with view of verdant gardens and a tranquil reflecting pool.

With Chef Laurent’s brilliant attention to detail and inspired, modern take on classic European dishes in gloriously refurbished surroundings, Celebrities is a fast-rising culinary star, sitting high on must-dine lists of those with the most discerning palates.
