Racha’s unique positioning in Phuket…
The location itself is special, being on one of the Andaman Sea’s most beautiful islands. Much of the charm of this island has been retained through the years with many parts of the island still covered in dense jungle. Amazing views, pristine waters, powdery white sand and abundant marine life awaits any visitor. The Racha is a luxury resort but with a laid back ambiance with imperturbable tranquillity. Its 85 villas sits on 25 acres of land ensuring guests have their intimacy in its expansive layout, while being merely half an hour away from city life on mainland Phuket.

Special requests from guests…
Our guests are so varied, coming from many nations and we are always prepared to listen to the needs and fulfil them as best possible. We had a couple who wanted to celebrate their golden wedding anniversary; they were married on a yacht. They showed us some of their photos and our team surprised them by bringing in a similar yacht, had it set-up and decorated and even arranged for a priest to be on board to renew their marriage vows.

Luxury is…
Apart from a beautiful and well-designed hotel, luxury is that level of service and comfort that makes one feel special and happy to be away from home comforts. When one is able to relax, have a great night’s sleep, meals that delight the taste buds and a holiday filled with sensational memories.

Recommendations for frequent travellers to Phuket…
Just bring your swimwear and lots of sunscreen lotion! Stay at The Racha to enjoy crystal clear waters – snorkel or dive to view a plethora of marine life. Swim, hike, cycle or laze around and relax. When you feel the need to do some shopping or partying, just take the boat out and within less than an hour, you are in Phuket Town or Patong. Tranquillity and vibrant night life combined, it is the best way to see and enjoy Phuket.

Food for thought…
Everyone deserves a break and some pampering some time. In this competitive world, people are sometimes working too hard and forgetting to take time off for themselves and their family. So plan your break and remember to check out The Racha for your next holiday.
