FASHION STYLIST NOELIA
TERRON-LAYA SHARES HER FAVOURITES

At present Noelia is based in Paris, from where she contributes as fashion stylist, writer, illustrator and fashion consultant for international magazines.

Inspiration behind work I find inspiration everywhere: from architecture and philosophy to film and abstract art. I love the style of the 1970s, the films of Godard and Antonioni, the music of Serge Gainsbourg, the images of Guy Bourdin and Studio Memphis‘ design… the list could be endless! Favorite City Growing up in Madrid in the late 1980s had a strong impact on me, and it is still a tangible influence in my work. I love travelling and I have been to many different places, but the creative energy of Madrid is quite unique. Nothing compares to the happiness I feel when I’m there: its museums, its bars, or just the pleasure I get from walking down its history-filled streets. Packing list for travel A pair of blue jeans, plain tailored shirts, my favourite glossy-red Prada moccasins, a pinstripe masculine pajamas, my good old home slippers, classic Rayban sunglasses, books (mostly about philosophy, art or cinema), and a small Dipthyque candle (feu du bois or baies scent) to feel completely at home. 5 Favorite accessories for this season Anya Hindmarch bag, Aquazzura Flats, Charlotte Olympia shoes,Tod’s necklace, Louis Vuitton by Nicolas Ghesquier bag. Your Fashion Statement Do not think of style in terms of seasons. Instead, find pieces that will become good friends, pieces that you will still like to find in your wardrobe and wear in a few years’ time.
